Actress Lynda Bellingham is encouraging adults to try one of the hundreds of sports and physical activities (many are free or subsidised) on offer during Reactivate’s Give it a Go Week (26th September to 2nd October).
As she says: “Do give it a go. Think of it as doing something in aid of a good cause, with that good cause being you!”. Since turning sixty a few years ago, Lynda is as busy as ever with appearances on Strictly Come Dancing, a range of theatre roles and a regular slot on ITV’s popular Loose Women show. And she looks fabulous. What’s Lynda’s secret? “I can’t starve myself – I’m too busy,” she laughs. “I wouldn’t be able to get through a day’s work. I eat well and exercise.” Whatever you choose to do with Reactivate X you’ll have the chance to develop new skills, meet new people and have fun.
