Meeting Room

The meeting room is suitable for small team meetings (Maxium 6 people), 1-1 meetings, family consultation meetings, interviews, etc.

Occasional hire and party bookings

Space for single (“one off”) events can be booked, subject to availability, during weekends and school holiday periods.

The hiring period must also include all set up and clear up time, and due to the proximity to a residential area, finishing times are restricted.

Booking in well in advance is recommended as demand is high.

Single hire booking policy

Occasional hall hire rates

Children’s Parties (up to 14 years)	£28.00 per hour Available up to 9:00pm for a maximum of 4 hours
Family Parties/Private Functions	£38.00 per hour Bookings up to 11:00pm only
Charity/Community Events	£33.00 per hour

For occasional (Single) bookings there is a deposit required in addition to the hire charges. Deposit level will be determined on the type of event being held. This is refundable, subject to terms and conditions of hire. For more information please see our hiring charges:
