Single bookings are for both halls and include use of the kitchen and tables and chairs.

The Nightingale Room

The room can be used for small meetings of up to a maximum 10 people or private 1 to 1 activity sessions. The Dimentions of the room are 5m x 3m and has included in hire:

Seperate toilet facilities

Kitchenette

Meeting table with 6 chairs

Party Bookings

Space for single (“one off”) events can be booked, subject to availability. These events can take place during weekends and school holiday periods.

The hiring period must also include all set up and clear up time, and due to the proximity to a residential area, event finishing times are restricted.

The fields and green space are not available as a part of this hire.

Booking in well in advance is recommended as demand is high.

Single hire booking procedures

Occasional hall hire rates

Children’s Parties (up to 14 years)	£35.00 per hour Available up to 9:00pm and for a maximum of 5 hours
Family Parties/Private Functions	£55.00 per hour Bookings up to 11:00pm only
All day Functions	£550 (over 10 hrs)

For occasional (Single) bookings there is a deposit required in addition to the hire charges. Deposit level will be determined on the type of event being held. This is refundable, subject to terms and conditions of hire.
